Where exactly are you, and is there parking?
Unit 4, 3650 19 St NE, Calgary, AB T2E 6V2 — a block off 32 Ave NE between Barlow Trail and Deerfoot, in the Horizon industrial park. Free surface parking right in front of Unit 4, with room to back a truck or trailer up to the bay door.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 10:00–18:00, Sunday 11:00–17:00. Closed statutory holidays.
Do I need an appointment?
No — walk in any time we're open. If you want an hour of undivided attention, testing five or six beds or furnishing a whole condo, call ahead and we'll book you a quieter slot.
Can I get it delivered today?
Yes, anywhere in Calgary, if you buy before 2:00 pm. Next-day to Airdrie, Chestermere, Balzac, Cochrane and Langdon.
How much is delivery?
A flat fee based on your postal code, quoted before you pay. It includes carrying the item to the room you want it in, and assembly of beds, dining sets and coffee tables.
Do you price-match?
Bring a written quote or a screenshot on the same make and model and we'll beat it. We buy direct and run a warehouse showroom, so we're usually already under.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Instalment plans on larger purchases, usually approved in the showroom in a few minutes. Bring photo ID and banking details.
What payment methods do you take?
Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, e-transfer and cash, plus in-store financing.
Can I return a mattress?
Sealed mattresses can be exchanged within 30 days for a one-time comfort swap on most models — you pay the price difference and a redelivery fee. Ask us to write the exact terms on your invoice before you buy.
What voids the warranty?
A stain of any kind, inadequate frame support (slats more than 3 inches apart, or a queen and larger with no centre leg), and removing the law tag. A body impression only counts as a defect past a stated depth, usually 1.5 inches.
Will you take away my old mattress?
Yes, flat fee on delivery, as long as it's clean, dry and pest-free. The recycler refuses anything else.
Can I pick it up myself?
Free. Pull up to the bay door and we'll load and secure it. Bring straps if you're on an open truck bed.
Do you sell furniture as well as mattresses?
Sofas and sectionals, dining sets, coffee and end tables, storage beds and headboards, and patio furniture from late February through July.
Is everything in stock?
Nearly. Anything marked “In stock” on the shop pages is in the warehouse behind the floor. A few lines are order-in at around two weeks, and they're labelled as such.
How long should a mattress last?
Seven to ten years for a mid-range hybrid, five to seven for entry-level foam. If you sleep better in a hotel, it's finished.
