What we collect

Only what we need to sell and deliver: your name, delivery address, phone number and email, plus the details of what you bought. If you apply for financing, that application is handled by the financing provider under their own terms.

How we use it

To process your order, schedule delivery, handle warranty claims and contact you about your purchase. We do not sell customer information to anyone.

Marketing

We only send promotional messages if you've asked for them, and every one carries an unsubscribe. That's a requirement of Canada's anti-spam legislation and we take it seriously.

Website data

This site uses analytics to understand which pages are useful. That data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block it in your browser.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as long as warranty coverage is live, and as long as tax law requires. After that they're destroyed.

Your rights
