The details
How late can I order for same-day delivery?
2:00 pm. Order before then and it's in your home that evening. After 2:00 pm we'll usually still get it out next morning.
How much does delivery cost?
A flat fee quoted before you pay, based on your postal code. It covers carrying the item to the room you want it in, not just to the door.
Do you deliver outside Calgary?
Next-day to Airdrie, Chestermere, Balzac, Cochrane and Langdon. Strathmore, Okotoks and High River by arrangement.
Will you take my old mattress?
Yes, for a flat fee on delivery. It has to be clean, dry and pest-free — the recycler refuses anything else, and so do we.
Do you assemble?
Beds, dining sets and coffee tables are assembled as part of delivery. Sectionals are placed and connected. Tell us about stairs or a narrow doorway when you book, not when the truck arrives.
Can I pick it up myself?
Free. Pull up to the bay door and we'll load and secure it. A queen fits in most SUVs with the seats down; bring straps if you're on an open truck bed.
