Pricing

Prices shown are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Prices on this website are indicative; the price on your invoice is the price that governs. We correct pricing errors rather than honour them, and we'll tell you before charging you.

Payment and deposits

Payment in full is due before delivery or pickup unless you're on an approved financing plan. Special orders require a deposit, which is non-refundable once the order is placed with the manufacturer.

Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to accept and sign. Clear the route beforehand — we won't remove doors or hoist through windows.

Title and risk

Title passes on payment in full. Risk passes on delivery or on collection.

Returns

Governed by our warranty and returns policy. Clearance and floor-model items are sold as-is and are final sale.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta.
