We started as a mattress outlet. Customers kept asking whether we could do the same on sofas and dining sets — so we did. Same warehouse, same direct buying, same absence of a commissioned salesperson.

Fabric and leather-look three-seaters, L-shaped sectionals with chaise, power and manual recliners, accent chairs. Frames are kiln-dried hardwood on everything we stock — ask us to show you the underside, we're happy to tip it over.

It's cheaper because a 4,000 sq ft warehouse unit on 19 St NE costs a fraction of a mall bay, we don't pay commission, and we buy container-direct on the lines we repeat.
What you give up is a polished retail experience and a catalogue of ten thousand SKUs. What you get is the same sofa you'd find on a mall floor for several hundred dollars less, sitting in the building, today.
Delivery, assembly and special orders
Do you deliver and assemble furniture?
Yes. Delivery includes carrying it to the room and basic assembly of beds, dining sets and coffee tables. Sectionals are placed and connected. Tell us about stairs or a narrow doorway when you book, not when the truck arrives.
Can I order a sofa in a different fabric or colour?
On most of our upholstery lines, yes — special orders run three to six weeks. But our pricing advantage is on what's already in the warehouse, so ask us what's on the floor first.
Is the patio furniture in stock year-round?
Patio lands in late February and sells through by about July. Best selection is March and April; best pricing is the August clear-out.
Do you take away my old furniture?
We can remove an old mattress or sofa on delivery for a flat fee. It has to be clean, dry and free of pests — the recycler will refuse it otherwise, and so will we.
